Other projects managed within the programme included:
- initiation of e-ticketing and Ancillary Sales with Virgin Atlantic
- Stop Manual Pricing Project, which modified the ATOP booking engine to further automate the sales process across the call centre and Viewdata channels
- review of Booking and Ticketing to streamline processes and identify system modifications to enhance service delivery
- Data Integrities review to increase reliability of booking between ATOP and Virgin Atlantic reservations system.
- Reported on the Business Change Programme at Board level.
