The Pensions RegulatorThe regulatory body for the UK pensions industry has an ongoing commitment to better regulation. Amethyst is project-managing the project recovery of of Purchase-to-Pay.
Following a review of tPR's purchasing processes and systems, a new project, Purchase-to-Pay Automation, was established in early 2008. However, owing to other time pressures, resource calls and commercial issues, Amethyst was brought in to recover the project delivery, to focus on:
- BasWare Purchase Management (PM) Module
- BasWare Invoice Processing (IP) Module
- Formscan AnyDoc integration of scanning and imaging of invoices
- Integration of BasWare with Sage for invoices to pay
- Integration of Sage supplier register into BasWare to provide valid suppliers list
- Revised procurement policies and procedures appropriate to the new systems
- Staff training in of all tPR personnel affected
- Internal and external communications supporting project implementation
