Project Summary: Data analysis and design for UK energy market de-regulation - an entire sector working under PRINCE control
Business and data analysis, primarily responsible for ensuring compliance of Meter Operations domestic business systems with 1998 market deregulation. Amethyst carried out requirements analysis and logical design for legacy systems, principally the Customer Information System (CIS). Work was conducted under PRINCE controls and supported by CASEwise tool using structured analysis and design methods.
