Content Management, e-Commerce Project
- Planned and managed the Brochure Publishing component of the e-Commerce Programme
- management of external software houses and many internal stakeholders
- Development of the Publishing Database to supply Internet and Digital TV delivered within timescale
- Definition of content, re-purposing, initial load, and ongoing maintenance processes for publishing product data to the First Choice web-site
Electronic Workflow / Due Diligence Policy, Brochure Publishing
- Redefined the brochure publishing process and updated the Due Diligence policy; using process flow diagrams and an database technology to map the 500+ steps across 32 internal and external roles, this task required several iterations of research, presentation and reviews with all levels of staff within First Choice.
Project Initiation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project
- Undertaking a study of CRM market and tools; reviewing the current status of customer-facing systems within First Choice; producing a management brief and solution options for the Marketing Director. This was followed by requirements analysis of Customer Services Centre in Manchester, defining technical platform and scope, then selection of interim tactical Customer Services solution.
Our involvement with First Choice dates back to 1994.
In our first outing, we delivered systems for the marketing area, which included report suites on the ATOP Sales System; implementation and training for AC Neilsen's Inf*Act market analysis application. Developed multi-dimensional planning and forecasting models for the CEO.
