Project Summary: multi-national roll-out of central database and payments system.
Project-managing and leading the analysis for the UK implementation of the multi-national Genesis Payments System. This major $200m dollar development, led by the US team in Phoenix, Arizona, has its initial launch in the UK which provided the template for localised rollout to national markets across Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
Later work included project management for Retailer Payments and substantial Business Process Re-engineering projects for the EMEA operating centre.
Provided liaison and support to the marketing department to define requirements and system developments, whereby UK Systems ran the marketing campaigns for EMEA.
